Call 24-7 negotiators have experience in handling both major and minor personal injury claims. Once a valid injury claim is identified by our Third Party Capture Unit, arrangements are made for immediate referral to a qualified specialist for treatment.

The overall cost of the claim is reduced and any Third Party medical report can be cross-referenced against the initial assessment and final claim to highlight exaggerations.

Where a Third Party’s injury claim warrants the attentions of a solicitor we can offer to refer the claim to panel solicitors with whom we have special arrangements. The solicitor will ensure that the claimant is dealt with independently, strictly in line with Law Society guidelines, but will service the claim for a fixed fee.

This achieves substantial savings in that no ATE policy is required, TP solicitor costs are controlled and disbursements are kept to a minimum, again using a panel of selected experts at reduced costs. On average, savings in excess of £2,500 per claim can be expected using this scheme.
