We currently process approximately 95,000 claims per annum for various insurer clients. Acting under delegated authority, we have the expertise to accept/reject or settle claims as agents for our insurers. This authority typically empowers Call 24-7 to contact third parties under various pro-active claim capture schemes. We have a policy of continuous training for both new and existing employees to ensure our already high standards are maintained.

Speed is essential to an efficient claims service. The first priority is to ensure that repairs are authorised as swiftly as possible to minimise loss of use. Therefore, it is crucial that new claims are reported as quickly as possible. This facility is available via our 24-hour claims helpline.

The claims technician will guide the caller through the claim declaration process ensuring that all relevant information is obtained.

Our typical service level agreement is for 98% of all calls to be answered within 15 seconds.

The telephone management software, Callview, is a powerful tool which enables Call 24-7 to control and provide statistics on average answer time, call duration, abandoned calls, call volumes etc. Linking the above to the call recording hardware provides a very powerful quality management and training tool.
