Recoveries Claims Handlers
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that their allocated claims are handled pro-actively and with technical proficiency whilst attaining the highest quality standard.
The candidate will process recovery of accidental damage claims on behalf of Call 24-7 clients against the third party or their insurers and compile statistical information as required and prepare reports as necessary.
You must have at least six months experience working within a customer service environment. This role is challenging and you must have the ability to remain calm under pressure. You need to have good organizational skills and be able to prioritise tasks.
This role is 9.00a.m to 5.30p.m Monday to Friday (inclusive of one hour for lunch) and will include some Saturday working.
Image Engineer
This role reports to the Chief Motor Engineer. Your primary role is deal with repairers using remote video imaging (RVI) equipment to carry out cost effective and accurate repair methods at reasonable cost. Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring that repair work is authorised within 24 hours and that clients are kept informed of all decisions
Accounts are processed within 24 hours of receipt in the department
Keeping yourself up to date both legally and technically with current repair techniques, legal requirements and professional standards
Liaise with Call 24 – 7 claims and administration staff to facilitate the satisfactory repair of vehicles and ensure that garages are paid for work carried out.
You will have strong communication skills and lots of initiative. This role is 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (inclusive of one hour for lunch).
Twilight and Part Time Evening/Weekend Staff
Reporting to the Twilight Team Leader, you will become an integral part of the evening team. Working 4 on / 4 off rotation through the hours of 3.00p.m. to 11.00p.m. you will be tasked with a wide range of duties similar to those of the day staff in the First Contact Unit. You will also supply an out of hours messaging service to other parts of the Group.
For evening and weekend staff, days and hours are flexible to suit your lifestyle.
ULR Handler
This role reports to the Claims Co-Ordination Team Leader and you will be responsible for the recovery of client’s uninsured losses across the various schemes that we provide. This will include replacement vehicle charges, credit repair costs, & policyholder’s excesses. You will:
Ensure that hire periods are accurate and validated
Ensure that demands for payment are promptly issued to third party insurers
Be responsible for any negotiation in the recovery process
This role is 9.00a.m to 5.30p.m Monday to Friday (inclusive of one hour for lunch).
FCU Co-Ordinator
This role reports to the FCU Team Leader. Your role is to provide a complete service and total reassurance to policyholders. You will be responsible for:
The accurate recording of all claim detail
Notification of reserving requirements to the insurer
Capture and deployment of the insured vehicle into the Approved Repairer network
Booking and arranging the delivery of credit hire vehicles
Identification of Third Party Insurers and obtaining admissions of liability (non-fault)
Capturing third parties (fault claims)You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work across the various schemes that we operate.
This role is 9.00a.m to 5.30p.m Monday to Friday (inclusive of one hour for lunch) and will include some Saturday working.
