Ian Griswold – Chairman
Ian is a forward-thinking entrepreneur who developed a claims management company in 1990 to provide outsource claims management services for the insurance sector.

In 2000 the new group was formed. Significant investment in people and technology has enabled the company to benefit from changes in legislation in the legal expenses arena and to be at the forefront of their field. Ian’s skill is building and motivating his directors and key managers to further develop the business.

Derek Howarth – Managing Director
Derek initially entered the vehicle accident management market in 1985 operating supply and management contracts for various “blue-chip” companies. In 1990, Derek assumed the role of Operations Director and assisted Ian in the development of insurance claims management, providing accident management services to the insurance industry.

In 2000 Derek took control of the on-going development of the legal expenses services and in 2004 became group Managing Director.

Andrew Whatmough – Corporate Development Director
A confident and assertive senior manager with outstanding communication and presentational skills, coupled with a detailed understanding of company and industry requirements and drivers. Andy has superb organisational skills which are combined with new thinking and the ability to motivate and enthuse colleagues at all levels.

Andrew Hindmarch – Finance Director
Andrew joined the Group in 2004 having gained significant industry experience. A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, he has previously occupied financial / managing director status with such organisations as ARAG Plc, Homecare Insurance, United Assurance, Refuge Group and RLJ Finance amongst others, demonstrating his abilities not only within the insurance sector but within commercial finance companies.

Clare Griswold – National Accounts Director
Clare has worked within the Legal Expenses sector for 11 years. She works closely with new and existing business partners to better understand their specific needs and requirements.

Clare's role also includes co-ordinating the launch and ongoing performance of new products and services. She then interacts with clients on a regular basis to manage their expectations and to provide them with statistical and management information. This is tailored specifically to show compliance with agreed key performance indicators

Glenn Taylor – Operations Director
Glenn joined the Group in 2002 as the Group Customer Service Manager from NTL where he held the position of Customer Care and Performance Manager. This entailed responsibility for 90 staff over 3 sites within the UK. Prior to NTL Glenn gained 11 years service at various levels within the AAIFS. Glenn is a highly experienced, enthusiastic and self motivated Senior Manager who is extremely customer focused with excellent planning and organisational skills. He has a proven ability to deliver and achieve in pressurised and changing environments. In late 2005 Glenn took overall responsibility for Operations within the Group.

Colin Morris – Engineering Director
Colin has spent the last 30 years in the insurance industry including the role of Chief Engineer for London & Edinburgh Insurance Co. He has been directly involved in some of the major developments that now form our current repair process. Colin was instrumental in developing an innovative repair methodology for both cars and motorcycles which reduced average repair costs. He also pioneered implementation of the Audatex computer estimating system for L&E some years ago.

Alexandra Langan – Customer Services Manager
Alex is an experienced Manager with proven results in increasing service level performance and operational efficiency throughout three Blue Chip companies over the last 15 years, which includes AAIFS and NTL. Alex has excellent client relationship skills and was responsible for the top 10 client relationships including HSBC, HBOS and Siemens for De La Rue Cash Systems. She was the management representative for quality management in line with ISO 9001:2000.

   
Ian Mathieson –Management Information Accountant
Ian joined the group in Jan 2005, having gained 14 years accounting experience in various industries. Ian has been a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians since 2000. He has occupied managerial positions at organisations such as HFS Loans Ltd & Support Selling Ltd.

Barry Stevenson – Fraud Investigations Manager
Barry joined the group at its inception having gained a wealth of experience in the motor vehicle and insurance sectors. Within general insurance Barry has held senior roles in engineering and fleet claims. Barry is one of the UK's pioneers in the specialist voice stress analysis arena, having qualified in November 2000. Barry has attained extensive knowledge in his field having attended training courses held by industry specialists including the Metropolitan Police Service Specialist Crime Directorate SCD6 Stolen Vehicle Unit.

Rahat Hussain – Human Resources Manager
Rahat has worked within an HR call centre background since March 2000 and joined Call 24-7 Ltd with previous HR generalist experience. She has many responsibilities dealing with recruitment, selection and retention, performance management and the health and safety of Call 24-7 Ltd staff.

   
Nick Stone – Product Conversion Manager
Confident and inspirational, Nick has the ability to generate respect, productivity and ambition from all that work with him. Nicks ability to plan, organise and problem solve make him a key member of the Management Team. Good interpersonal skills coupled with a keen commercial awareness and a conscientious and enthusiastic attitude generates the best from all his teams.
Paul Bowler – Credit Control Manager
Paul manages the businesses credit control function and is an effective communicator with considerable experience ion controlling quality and key performance indicators.  Excellent planning and organisational skills are coupled with leadership and people management.
